Ingredients:
* 2-5 Alaskan King Crab Legs
* Vegetable oil + pot/pan
* 1 packet, Sazón seasoning
* 1/2 tablespoon, Old bay seasoning
* 1/2 tablespoon, Garlic powder
* 1/2 tablespoon, Onion powder
* 1/2 teaspoon, paprika powder
* 1 1/2 tablespoons, fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 cup, all-purpose Flour
* 14-15 Oz cold water

Seafood Dipping sauce:
* 1/4 cup, clarified butter
* 1 1/2 cup, heavy cream
* 1/2 pack, Sazón seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon, old bay seasoning
* 1/2 Tsp, garlic powder
* 1/2 Tsp, onion powder
* 1/4 Tsp, chili powder
* 1/2 tablespoon, cornstarch

* 1 lemon, sliced
* 1/2 Tsp, parsley (garnish)

Do you steam or boil them B4 you fry them for texture? Some are mushy after thawing.

The "parting dry" makes no sense when you are going to dip them in a batter! 🤣 But anyway they look good!
