The SORD 9" Serrated Blade was created out of necessity to help get through extremely thick scales, skin, and bones. This blade is the one that we go when we are filleting tuna, big red snappers, big groupers, and for the hard-skinned triggerfish. We will use this blade to create the initial cuts in the meat and then finish the fillet with one of our straight-edged fillet knives.

This knife features:
1. G10 Handle - Which resist slipping during the wettest of conditions
2. Carbon Steel Blade - Which will hold an edge much longer and you will not have to sharpen the blade as much
3. Stiff Blade - Which is good for getting through extremely tough skin and bones
4. Teflon+Titanium Coating - Which will resist rust which is the biggest enemy in a saltwater fishing environment
5. Kydex Sheath w/ Clip - Which will lock your knife into the sheath with an audible 'click' and can clip onto your belt loop or the side of a bucket
