Red chilli Onion Chutney
Oil 1 tbsp
urad dal 2 tsp
Bydagi chilli 6
Guntur chilli 6
Onion 2
Tamarind a small piece/1/2 tsp tamarind paste
Salt
Oil 1 tsp
mustard seeds
urad da 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few

Oil 1 tbsp

green chillis 6-7

Turmeric powder a pinch
Tamarind extract 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves a few
