Try this simple 2 in 1 idli dosa batter and enjoy soft dis and tasty dosas too !
Inhredients
For Batter
Green moong Split 1/2 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
salt to taste

For Brinjal Pumpkin Gothsu
Brinjal 200 gm
Yellow pumpkin 200 gm

Red chilli Onion Chutney
Oil 1 tbsp
urad dal 2 tsp
Bydagi chilli 6
Guntur chilli 6
Onion 2
Tamarind a small piece/1/2 tsp tamarind paste
Salt
Oil 1 tsp
mustard seeds
urad da 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few

For Gothsu
Oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1
green chillis 6-7
pumpkin 200gm
Brinjal 200 gm
Tomatoes 2
Salt
Turmeric powder a pinch
Tamarind extract 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves a few
Oil 1 tsp
mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
dry red chilli 1
hing powder 1/2 tsp
