- A new destination for the hollyday : a ski station : with chalet ski, ski slope, coffee shop, ski store, ice rinks
- A lunicip swimming pool ( swimsuit)
- A new collection in furniture store + a collection for bathrooms
- A new big and classic clothes store with a floor for women, a floor for men, a floor for kids and a floor for babies
- Interaction between characters ( kisses, cuddles, hold hands…)
- A town hall with weddings, passports and a mayor with an election
- A building with differents apartments
- A movie theater
- equestrian center
