The snapcaster hits the board an immediately goes to the graveyard from state based effects. The ETB trigger is placed on the stack, which you can react too. They did it correctly.

I think you are correct about that... depending on the exact timing of things. If the exile was is response to the target then yes, the snap should have still been in the graveyard.... I think. I am not EXACTLY sure when the snap would go to the grave since it dies at the same time of targeting and "dying" doesn't really go on the stack.

He's moved to the graveyard as a state based action when priority passes to respond to the targeting before nihil spellbomb is activated. It does get exiled

It depends on what exactly he responded to with the spellbomb.

If he responded to snapcaster being cast, it wouldn't get exiled because it's not on the battlefield yet, so it hasn't died from the curse yet.

If it was in response to snapcaster's enters the battlefield effect, then snapcaster would be exiled because snapcaster would enter the battlefield, it's effect would go on the stack, then it would die from curse as a state based action. So it would be in the graveyard when he bombed.

No, some are top 8 (when we have it) and some are rounds 3 and 4 of 4 rounds tournaments... Table 1 that is.
