It’s literally itachi and shisui because they are extremely talented plus they are both born genjustu users which is very rare in the naruto world like what people don’t realize is madara obito and sasuke can only manipulate one of your senses which is your sight and they have to be at a certain distance in order to use it meanwhile itachi and shisui can literally put u in a genjutsu just by looking at u or even from a distance and they can manipulate all five of your senses not just one like itachi basic genjustu was strong enough to keep naruto in check even when he was trying to break out of it by expanding charka not only that was able to body a prime orochimaru was considered to be the strongest at that time and itachi was only 16 btw

As a Narutard since 2006 i dont recall any mention in the manga anime or data books on a perfect six tome sharingan. Its an error animation because its never mentioned anywhere. Great headcanon tho 😂😂😂
