Fugaku's mangekyou ability could be Tsukuyomi, like sasuke, he's amaterasu specialist. And Fugaku is Tsukuyomi specialist(he has a nickname, Fugaku the Evil eyes), while itachi have both.

If Fugaku's Mangekyou really Tsukuyomi, it mean that itachi's experience during the 3rd great ninja war was fugaku's Tsukuyomi.
