Such BS...diabetics can't afford this and it's now not available because these rich women are gobbling it up. What happened to her Weight Watchers program and the millions she made from that? $$$$. Maybe her next charitable contribution will be for those poor folk who can't afford Ozempic and are in desperate need of the drug to live.

I was denied by insurance even though glucose was pre-diabetic. Certainly couldnt afford the $1200 a month the pharma mafia charges. My doctor is amazing and reminded me that you can get OZ, Wegovy, and all the Semaglutide variations in any OTHER country except the US for $100 a month, including Canada via mail order. Fortunately, I had a trip to South America planned for business, walked into a random pharmacy, and sure enough $100 a month. Got (6) months worth, so far 20 pounds gone, and glucose is back well below range. Problem solved. Instead of whining about what a celeb has done or not done, how our system is rigged for the privileged, blah blah, get creative and solve the problem.

She is on Ozempic and she makes money off of it Weight Watchers International bought into a co that is involved with Ozempic. So counting points is BS... My husband is on oxygen he has COPD and Empasemia he worked 35 yrs making Corian Countertops and showers never wore a mask and was told it wasn't a big deal. Both upper lobes in his lungs are dead. He wants to have a new surgery but has to shed 25 plus lbs. He can't exercise and his Dr. has recommended Ozempic it's a 12 week cycle of shots she told him he could drop anywhere from 25 to 40lbs in that 12wk cycle.She is telling everyone it's how I eat and the gallon of water I drink. This shouldn't be used as a weight loss medication and my husband Dr. is having all kinds of tests done before she prescribes this one of them is a chemical induced stress test on his heart. The side effects can be very dangerous and should only be used in certain cases for weight loss. She fails to mention she makes money off of this. People still listen to her why? I don't get it...she and the rest of these celebs get top medical care. People out there if you think this is a quick fix it isn't just like another medication it has its own side effects serious ones and like any other med diet or supplement when you stop taking it unless you are seriously committed to changing your lifestyle and how you eat you will gain it ALL BACK AND THEN SOME.
