This was a great video, I like it because it showed me the right way to do it and what the wrong way is and that, and I realize I was doing a shoulder shrug with the wrong form I was doing like the guy with the tie dye pants so I will be very conscious how to do my shoulder shrugs today because I'm working on my back. Thank you for this video I will be using e in my workout

Hmm, snatch grip for shrug sounds like a great idea. My problem with it is the bar ending up rubbing the midsection.
