The SBA turned down my request for a 6 month deferment. I'm a independent truck driver and I'm struggling to make ends meet with the industry suffering. I haven't made any payment and will call and try to plead my case to my case worker. I don't understand how some are getting automatic deferment but I'm not getting the same

Hi, I became permaqntly disabled after being diagnose with cancer in July of 2021. I can not make any patment back to the SBA or any of my other bills. I'm on the verge of bankruptcy now. Can I get forgiveness on this loan, if so how do I go about doing this?

SBA has been a disaster to work with from the very beginning and are continuing to be incompetent. Cannot receive any help from them for the lower payments for 6 months (no button). I'm just not going to pay them, I'm done.

Hello, thank you for all of the information. I had a computer crash and can not find the the loan agreement document, I wish I had printed it out. In any case I can't find it anywhere on the SBA site either. I had to close my business and I had only borrowed $16, 000. Where can I find copy of the documents. And do you have any advice for someone in my position?
