You have so many good people around you. Beyond the running and being inspired by that, it's all the people around you that I admire.

That's a great attitude to have mate, I've had more races take a diversion than go to plan, it hasn't always been easy going forward but it's good to see your way through that. Sub 15 will be yours soon without a doubt.

Phenomenal work. Your improvements are so inspiring. As a lazy runner, I can see effort put in translates into results. Keep up the great work and your running journey. We are all runners just on different stages of our journey ❤️🏃‍♂️

Stomach was turning watching the pre-race: that's how you know it's good. Well done, and looking forward to sub-15 somewhere down the line. Great stuff as usual.

Keep on inspiring Ben. Still a good race. Good to see you were disappointed in a good way. It's the experience where you learn and move on.

Cracking effort after the Marathon and Half in your legs (even if feel recovered....there'll still be residual effort in Sub 15 is a gimmee with fresher legs and a specific block....can't wait champ...BOOM!

Championship races do not always allow time trial type runs. Times take a bit of a back seat sometimes what never changes Ben is going out and doing you best whatever the race tactics
Another on-the-line- effort good to watch your vids Ben-well done-greetings from Dubai

Such a great vid mate and a quality race. Surges in a 5k to break up a tempo especially on a track are so tough. You could see from the video the gaps increase and decrease. Loving your content. Keep it going.

Ben, you need to use the dragonfly’s. And take the race out yourself to eliminate the surges. Or train with surges in your routine. I train and surge on the straights and sit back in on the bends. This also depend on how big your training group is. James
