Yes, my SupportAssist suddenly said " Your hardware service plan has expired. Don't worry. You can still renew your coverage. ", and so it stopped working. So I removed the software, and then reinstalled it. I get the same message, but everything now works fine. Heehee. I use the service due to Windows 11 constantly loading an update that creates total chaos. With the SupportAssist active, it gives me the option of not allowing that particular update. Plus it blasts my CPU fan and CASE fan to max speed for a while during tests, and that removes a good deal up dust build up. And then of course there are the rest of the features. Today it also updated my BIOS.

Very informative. However, my Dell SupportAssist on my Dell XPS 8950
with Microsoft Windows 11 Pro isn't
Running Completely, stood itself
after Clean Files. Still trying to
get successful solution from Dell
Tech Support. Wish I could get
a Clean Install of AssistantSupport
which I think would solve the problem
at least.

I used windows update center to update and install all drivers.

However, I downloaded dell support assistant after it it says I have additional drivers that need to be updated..

How can this be? Reddit says to uninstall dell support assistant. So that's what I did.

support assist broke my computers audio until I uninstalled it

it tried to update my drivers and bios and made my computer blue screen. Thank God for recovery! xps 9343 here.
