Thank you very much for the valuable and informative video .

I want to ask you one thing, if in a criminal case, a accused is shown as "VICTIM two time" in charge sheet after the final investigation by IO in the chargshseet. The accused is not having any role in the criminalconspiracy/ activity, rather the accused is falsely implicated by the police in the false case and also the accused in question was trapped by main accused for his achieving motives, can that Co-accused who is shown as VICTIM can he file the FIR QUASHING APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 482 CRPC, I will be obliged to you if you could answer my query regarding the scope of Section 482 Crpc under this matter
