Has there ever been a pedestal sink made with more service space? otherwise I wouldn't have one. Job well done but I just know I would be first to hit my head on that hanging light over that bed in the loft. Front view is horrible....some kind of dump or industrial crap.

I would have liked to see a stairs solution rather than a ladder. Newer tiny homes have some clever stairs with storage that might have worked. With a ladder, it can never be used for an older person. Otherwise, everything looked great.

The one bath in main house needed a vanity, not a pedestal sink. Stairs to loft could have been stairs that fold against the wall when not in use. Other than that....💖

Pedestal sinks allow for no storage of needed products - could have used a shelf in the area at least, sorry to see those glass knobs go in the house kitchen.

You said it yourself in the video that every inch of well design is necessary for such a small space. Why did you not put a medicine cabinet in the master bathroom for storage? Also, I don’t know why you don’t have a cabinet under the master bathroom sink again for more storage! You even took the storage cabinet off the wall above the toilet… There is not one place for storage in that master bathroom. The cottage is adorable, but I noticed the extreme amount of light that came under the front door! It’s not very well insulated like that

The staging for the main house was nice except that giant tray on the bed with tall candlesticks? Never understood the bed trays. So impractical in general but this one was super strange. Would have replaced pedestal sink for a smaller vanity for the main house for more storage.

In the cottage they did a great job with the reno but the staging is aweful, sloppy and looked like a tenant was living there… not that comfy hotel vibe you would want as a rental. The large light over the loft bed was also a poor choice. It came down way too far from the ceiling.

Otherwise it’s a cool project
