Hopefully this series will illustrate how the consistent practice of skill over time will yield improvements in that skill. I truly believe that by having these one foot sessions I will see significant improvement in my dunking ability. I just need to spend time making myself more familiar with a technique that works for me.

I can imagine being able to windmill off one by the end of summer. You'll see a video like this every week as part of my Chi Social Media Advancement and Consistency Program (CSMACP).

Now I'm heading to my job which I adore so so much!! 🙃

I’m a pretty experienced 1 foot jumper I’d like to say (been dunking off of 1 foot for about a year and a half) so here’s my advice.

1. When you jump, try to hit your knee on the rim, it helps with the idea of getting your knee up as fast and as high as possible

2. Film yourself just jumping off 1 from a full run up, you’ll find where you reach your peak, that’s how far away you should jump from the rim

3. Arm swing is crucial, but since you’re already dunking off 2 I think you already know that

4. Dorciflex in your ankle is also very crucial

5. Find where youre comfortable running up from, it helps a ton to have the fluid run up

U should analyze our dunks sometime, like we can learn to jump off 1 foot at the same time as you, and know what you are focusing on because I suck at 1 foot.

i wonder if one foot exercises would help you? Like barbell lunges / bulgarian split squats

Try to take longer steps and get your heel to your hamstring.

I’m the exact opposite I can’t dunk off 2 feet or if I can it’s like barely.
