Judge in Trump's criminal hush money case postpones sentencing

The hearing, previously scheduled for July 11, will be delayed until at least Sept. 18 after former Pres. Trump asked the judge overseeing the trial to throw out the conviction in the wake of the Supreme Court's decision on presidential immunity.
