Oh Katie, something is happening to me that I can’t explain. This meditation was difficult for me. I cried, I couldn’t vision the light, the chamber and no clear vision of guides except possibly Archangel Michael, I saw a glimpse of his wing. Then as you were guiding us back, I didn’t want to go. I wanted to stay like you said we could but I couldn’t ignore the count down. I wanted to, but couldn’t. Then I got a pulsating shock like feeling in the right side of my chest. I felt like it was happening to bring me back to my body. I could not ignore it. It hurt. Somehow I knew my guides wanted me back in my body. Please help me understand this……🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. What is happening?
