You, or some of your friends and family members, might have been invited for bowel cancer screening. Bowel cancer screening is for people who don’t have any symptoms and aims to find cancer at an early stage when treatment is more likely to be successful. When eligible (between the ages of 50-74), you’ll be sent a FIT kit, which looks for tiny traces of blood in your poo. You can do this test at home and return it in the post for free.
