So far as I can see, your version of elegance includes solid colors, no prints; a well-maintained hairstyle; classic, well-kept, good quality clothing that covers all the wrinkly bits, like the chest and if possible, the neck as well and has seen the tailor's needle so that it fits like a glove; a svelte figure to hang these garments on; a conservative, appropriate amount of makeup; a good manicure; nice, but not over-the-top accessories; and a great pair of sunnies. I absolutely agree. The one improvement I would make is to give the accessories a little more color or presence, but just a little more, and add some silk scarves for color -- they can be worn SO many different ways!

All I see are jackets and tops! Working clothes. They are nice but look like from a catalogue! More to style for women over 60. We want elegant but upbeat and stylish - travel clothes and social night out clothes and for hotter climates.
