500g pork belly
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 tsp peppercorns
1 tsp ground black pepper
8 cloves chopped garlic
2 tbs brown sugar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
Salt to taste if needed
Seasoning,optional
