Australian Sprintcar Fan here. Love these Champ Cars (Silver Crown Cars) but always prefer them on the dirt. But I'm well aware of the tradition of asphalt run racing in the U.S, and this division in particular.

And well done to first time winner, Dakota Armstrong.

This track was dba Impact Speedway back the late 80's, covered it w dirt. WoO ran here, not sure if USAC did though. Good to see "the big cars" race at this storied track.

I love Silver Crown racing. But there were only 15 cars in the race. USAC needs to make it worth entering these races.
