There's a catch I didn't know, or wasn't stated here. You must maintain a certain balance for 30 consecutive days. I messaged customer service about why my promotional wasn't working. Again deposit funds, and wait a month.

I'm not sure if the promotion changed but it says you have to deposit $500k to get the $3k bonus. Even to get a $10 bonus you have to deposit $2k.
