Bromine vs aluminum is insane!

A while ago, I made all of this scary bromine in my parent's garage, and now I've decided that I want to throw some aluminum into it. This is one of my favorite reactions, and the last time that I did it, was probably over 6 years ago.

WARNING: Bromine is very toxic and corrosive, and is extremely dangerous if handled improperly.

Quick fact : Bromine is said to be highly illegal in the province of Quebec, Canada. Because of the production of aluminum everywhere the whole province would go up in flame like in this video by the sheer mention of it.

With a Chemical Engineering Degree I worked in Chemical Plant for 3 years before joining the military.

I and my team Neutralized 3000+ KG of bromine, The bromine was ordered for a Intermediate Pharma Product but the product Method got changed after 2 batches, soo that leftover Bromine needed to neutralize because it was getting difficult for Warehouse to handle it for longer time.

This bromine reminds me of a childhood nightmare. Looking out the window of a high rise building to see this floating black cube that had this sickly brown-orange mist coming off of it. It felt like a living, malicious cube made of pure poison.
