Our try using Perforator with Payout and you'll have 11 shots on your 4. More DMG as with every Sniper.^^

Skill power modifier is almost useless on Hailey, if you want higher damage use skill power mods, you’ll lose out on a little cooldown but you’ll do more damage

With testing in lab i saw 0 difference between no mod and special sight. Any idea why that would be? Edit: also saw an actual decrease with shot focus.

My biggest concern with this whole video and the fact that the lion comes out the wardrobe and does that thing on the gun where it makes it max level and does the best of the best DPS wise.

Should've put just bossing in the title. Seriously people don't waste resources trying to build her for mobbing.She is just good for bossing. Probably the best character for it. For mobbing Bunny is still the best. Take your Hailey into a public dungeon and let's say you get one bunny or two or Valby and your Hailey or other characters + mobbing weapons become useless until reaching the final boss.
