If none of these solutions work then the cable that goes to the microphone for Siri is likely damaged. To verify, try some video call's that use that same mic. If you have trouble with video calls then that's the problem. Your phone will need repaired.

in my xr siri is not responding sometimes when i say hey siri and when i restart by phone it works and after few days same thing happen what is wrong with my xr

My Siri was working fine until I sent it to Apple repair centre for a new battery and now it does this. Took it to a different Apple repair centre and they say the microphone is broken and it's so expensive to fix I should just get a new phone. And now in iOS 17 Siri doesn't work at all thanks to this microphone issue.
