For NS, if Russia don't want to deliver gas they can just close the tap, no need to blew it coz NS is their asset.
Same for this dam, if Russia want to create flood they can just open the gate, no need to blew it especially when this dam is crucial for water supply to Crimea and nuclear plant which both occupying by Russia.

Just wondering why they didn’t show him actually visiting the Kherson Damn? Why visit at all because of security risks? If he did visit and had the courage he should have recorded him near the flood waters…….not saying he isn’t still alive but I’ve been trying to find some type of video that proves he is still alive……you know to show the Ukrainian people he is still alive and in charge…….just wondering if he is no longer alive and the morale needs to be maintained and the appearance that all is stable……
