*******************************************
This video review of N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) is an update to the video I recorded several years ago on NAC.

In this video you'll discover the nootropic benefits of NAC. Including why we use NAC as a nootropic, recommended dosage, side effects, clinical research, and where to buy NAC for nootropic use.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) is the N-acetyl derivative of the naturally occurring amino acid L-cysteine. And works primarily by helping restore the body’s natural antioxidant glutathione.

NAC modulates glutamate levels and dopamine release in the brain. Excess glutamate in your brain is toxic to brain cells affecting neuron health, cognition, memory and mood. And NAC protects dopamine receptors. Influencing dopamine levels and function in your brain.

NAC reduces irritability, anxiety and depression. NAC increases your body’s antioxidant capacity, and balances excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters in your brain. Resulting in less anxiety and depression.

Neurohackers report that supplementing with NAC could be the best nootropic they’ve ever used for their brain and overall health. Thinking is clearer, better memory, less anxiety and depression, OCD symptoms reduced, better sleep, weight maintenance is easier, less flu and cold, skin looks better, you feel younger, and hangovers are less severe.

N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) suggested dosage for cognitive benefit is 500 mg 3-times per day.

Very in depth and summarized information. NAC is amazing and the fact that it isn't used more in pharma these days says a lot about current medicine. I've had great results with it. It's extremely cheap and basically natural. Basically no side effects. Current pharma hates it.

For almost a year I had persistent respiratory problems and interupted sleep from post-nasal drip that was left over from a Covid infection. After 6 months of 600 mg a day of NAC I was 90% free of all symptoms! I've continued taking it as many of the unexpected benefits mentioned in this video had become apparant.

Also NAC kills colds. At least the meant aspect of it (tiredness, brain fog, bad cognitive function) As soon as you feel it coming take 1-2g and for me and my family as well it works. Also helps with expectoration

Thanks for breaking it down! I've been using successfully for brain fog and congestion for the last year! I wasn't aware about the benefit for Parkinson's Disease; I will share with a PD Therapy Center.

Another great video. You mention that high doses of NAC deplete zinc. What doses are considered as high? Thanks.
