Great video. Short and sweet. Biggest mistake I observe in the biz: opening LLC is a state with annual report requirements. Had a client operating an LLC in 2024 that the state “canceled” in 2016. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yea but with registered agent adress and virtual office address you cant get SAM.GOV unique ID. you need physical address
