Hey. Good choice for a video topic. 2 comments I have regarding the subject:

1) You can absolutely spam rerolls. When spamming (hover over the gold cost and click enter) the game defaults your choice to "No thanks", so the mod will ALWAYS stay the same tier. Except: when you get a 10 you are forced to take it. So you can't miss or replace a 10 by spamming.

2) The most efficient way of getting 10/10 mods is playing Wild Westival on C9 (short map, 3 tokens, 9 motes) and use the motes and tokens to reroll a C7 item (costs 1 token, 10k gold, 3 motes per reroll). Once the mod is 10/10 upgrade the item to C8 0/10 and transfer the mod to the desired item, ideally a C10 6/10 or higher. Some boss mods (bouncing phoenix for instance) requires either an AP reset and reupgrade to C7 or farm it on C9 and roll on it as is.

Does rerolling the relics Power/Health count towards 286?

When a 10/10 mod drops naturally, does that reset our 286 reroll count?

Hi! I had the mod 10/10 defense rate of the campaign level, I inserted it into c9, the attack speed became 20%, not 40%! How can this be fixed? I tried to reset to c8, but nothing has changed(((

So if I buy a perfect ten mod but it's on a campaign level item do I have to upgrade the campaign item to use the mod?
