Some info on why you can't find certain books in store:
Self publishing via Amazon is obviously amazing for the authors (love that!!) but it's also full on horror for bookshops to order. Amazon is an exclusive seller when it comes to things produced with them. They want the customer to only be able to buy it from them. So as a bookshop we have to order self published books via Amazon from Amazon. And since Amazon is a huge threat to stationary booksellers we don't usually do that. Especially in small bookstores when there is no guarantee that self published work is going to sell. I hope this helps! :) Love watching your videos

Hey girl, just a heads up, 'The Sacrifice' is book 3 in the series (L.O.R.D.S. A Dark College Romance). Each of the books can be read as a standalone but are all interconnected. Here's the series time line/book order if you are interested:
-The Ritual (#1)
-The Sinner (#2)
-The Sacrifice (#3)
-Sabotage (novella/shortest of the books, mmc is not a LORD but works for one)
-Carnage (#4)
-Madness (releasing later this year)

There is a whole page on the author's website dedicated to listing the trigger warnings for each individual book in the series. (Just in case you are worried or still really iffy about the content you'll stumble upon in the books). In general, I feel like this series is one that people either really love or really hate.

Sheesh it was hard to find your channel, since I saw Ashley’s video about being in PDX. I was most interested in your take on Powell’s, I am Native American, and just love watching recommendations from other people of colors. There are very few people of color on booktube, and I really want to support the channels I do find. Even though we have different favorite genres, we do have some cross overs. My main genre is detective fiction.

Oh weight limits, put on some of the heavier clothes, and dress in layers. I wonder how many of you hit the Powell’s airport store… or is that part of the airport still freaking closed due to remodeling.
