Hazards of building a bus | skoolie vs shuttle bus | mold and spray foam|

// SHOP OUR COOKBOOK //
We have run into all sorts of obstacles while deconstructing two buses over the past two months... it's been a lot of hard work. At times, it's felt like more than we could handle. Our #1 tip when beginning a bus build/van build is to take it day by day. We do our best to stick to our master calendar, but we try not to think too far into next weeks projects. It's helped us manage our stress and really enjoy the moment and have fun in the midst of the business!

★ Who are we?
First of all, thank you so much for being on our page and reading these words right now. Chad & I talk about this all the time together, we're so incredibly grateful to each of you that chooses to watch our content and support us. Without you we would not still be making content on this platform, so thank you for all the love.
We are currently a family of four (Chad, Zaynah, and our 2 cats Tavi + Akina). We live in a bus home that we self-converted to be fully sustainable with off grid capabilities. This is not our first tiny house on wheels together, it's actually our third! We LOVE this lifestyle and the flexibility it gives us to see the world while living minimally, so we're in it for life. Although we're very content with life on the road in our skoolie, we do have a big dream of purchasing land and building a shipping container home with a huge garden. Our last tiny house was in the form of a van conversion in Hawaii, we have an entire series sharing that experience if you want to know more. The van life bus life movement has been exploding over the past few years and if you're interested in the lifestyle, we highly recommend it :) it's been hands down the best decision of our lives.
