In conversation with former IBF World Heavyweight Champion, Francois Botha

As boxing is slowly but surely making waves in South Africa again, legends of the sport are also playing a part in the revival. Former IBF World Heavyweight champion, Francois Botha, is one of them. The 53-year-old Botha has launched his Boxing and Fitness Gym at Umhlanga in Durban.

I saw him train in All-stars Gym in London. Boy oh boy, we had no idea anyone could punch that hard OR that fast. Three left hooks to the body in about a second. Any one punch would have broken an arm of a mortal let alone the ribs. He might look like someone youcould slap around but he's not!
