I envy you a bit. I lived in a van for 5 years but it was a mix of choice and necessity, and I usually stuck around cities which I kind of regret but it strangely felt safer to be closer to people than out in the fields. I know it’s not but ~~~

Yeah, I lost over $30k in Southern Oregon bcuz county said I wasn't grandfathered in for the rules. So they fined me for everything. I walked away from it all 😢

I see a plot of land I can buy. It’s vacant and has access. I’ve looked at the zoning and can only have a greenhouse there if it is an accessory to a home. I want to have a garden and used the land as a teaching spot. I don’t want to built a home.

Great advice, however if I'm not mistaken if you get a land patent on your property we can do whatever tf we want to do on it? 😅 Also don't have to pay taxes on it either.
