Actually this is a very reliable and cheap van especcialy if you have bad roads(or have no of them).We still use these vans as ambulances in rural areas in Russia because they are REALLY offroad and dont need too much care.Also a lot of other services use them.

Russian cars are so much underrated. They survive Siberia. It is not all about luxury. Most western cars would not be able to follow this one.

Other than this vehicle being 4-wheel drive, it seems nearly identical to my father's 1961 Ford Econoline van. Same shape, engine placement identical, even the color is close. The Ford ran for over 300, 000 miles before dad sold it to a man who drove it from the Midwest to California and back.
