I never missed an episode. I even cried when it was cancelled. My favorite show. Two favorite shows, White Shadow and Starsky and Hutch. ❤❤❤😊😊

I'm 37 yrs old and I got put on to this show via "TV Land" WELL after the fact! By far one of my favorite shows despite growing up in the 90s this show STILL resonated coming up in the inner city of Memphis. RIP to the cast members who have transitioned 🙏🏾

**The White Shadow**
Those were the “Good ‘Ole Days” when Adolescents were down and out, but were willing to listen and understand, so that the “Negative Path” that they were headed to was prevented and they transformed themselves to be and do better in **Life**

Unfortunately, there are a few characters missing.
Eric Kilpatrick (Curtis Jackson-Seasons 1& 2).
Art Holliday (Eddie Franklin-Season 3).
Robin Pearson Rose (Katie Donahue-Bill's wife and Ken's sister).
Jason Bernard (Jim Willis-The Pilot Episode-no relation to Ed).

This started a trend of teams singing in the shower after practice. . My junior high team certainly mimicked the "White Shadow". Loved this show as I
s O was a basketball addoct growing up.

Ed Bernard was in the cast of POLICE WOMAN. Today 3 main cast members (Angie Dickinson, Earl Holliman, and Bernard) are still living age 85 or older, and Charles Dierkop died early this year at age 87.

Jerry Fogel was the last living cast member of THE MOTHERS-IN-LAW (1967-69).

I graduated from high school in June 1978 before this series premiered in the fall. It was like watching my life in grades 9 to 11 all over again.

I didn't remember the cast being so large.

Is that what Byron Stewart or Warren Coolidge looks like now? That after photo doesn't look like him at all.

Isaiah Thomas should’ve been in that tv show because he fit that down to earth image of this tv show

Coolidge and Coach were both 6'6".
