1:50 I have magic soil in my crawl space. It's smart enough to remediate itself in 2-3 weeks after then sewage water stops leaking. Yes, the odor will linger for a week, but for $400, I can live with it.

I do this work too often. always wear a full face respirator folks, duct tape your gloves to the tykek suit, and remember that the tyvek suits don’t stay waterproof forever if at all
