iPhone 11 Pro and Pro Max - Which is best?

After using both the iPhone 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max for 1 week, I finally decided which one I wanted to keep. I compare the pros, cons, similarities and differences of both. Why did I return one, and why did I need to compare?

I went for the Space Grey 256GB model in both.

Man I have the 7 Plus and was thinking about the 11 Pro because I wanted something smaller and lighter as I do hike and bike around. This video makes me want the Max for video editing. But I have an iPad mini 5 that I edit on too. I guess it’ll depend on the price, if the price is right that’s what I’ll grab

I like the smaller size because when I had a big phone I was always dropping it and slipping out my hand

Watching on pro max and is genuinely really big. But the best thing about the pro max is when your under the covers or just laying on the bed is just the best way to binge watch some shows or just anything

I'm upgrading tomorrow from android with 7+ inch screens and I love a big phone which is why I had android for soo long, pro max for me I think.
Can't wait.

Just a note, despite the difference in resolution, both screens have the exact same DPI and hence sharpness. It's a good idea to mention that in the future.

I also came from 7 plus model and I bought a iPhone 11 pro now...but I'm returning it just because of the screen size. I feel I'm so much congested on 11 pro. But the price difference....it's ridiculous. But when you see the view through the display while taking videos....I feel it's worth to go for Max....

I’ve had the 11 pro max since the fall... After exchanging (an embarrassing number of times) between this 11 Pro and even the regular 11. From memory I believe the 6.1” is the sweet spot for sizing I just didn’t like the lcd, lack of telephoto and chunkier design and bezels. I loved the 11 pro for placing it my pocket and carrying around, it’s better for taking selfies with significant others and friends... one handed typing was amazing for those quick replies. However when really getting into lengthy typing session picking characters and even emoticons felt tight in comparison to the Max. You don’t see as much content, though minor it meant less scrolling or having to “view more” in apps like IG. I also noticed I more frequently would cover the microphone when filming videos for snaps and the biggest thing... editing photos felt awkward when coming from a Note9. Theres trade offs when having a larger phone, with lack of comfortable one handed use and how pocketable it is... but I feel the benefits of the Max out weigh the slight conveniences the 11 pro offers. It’s still a tough call as I still debate it months later lol. It’ll be sad when the 5.8” size becomes obsolete next gen if the rumours are true.

I was skeptical about this pro max due to the camera set up and wanted a Xs max
But it’s grown on me
Plus it’ll hold more resale when it comes to selling it

Kinda wished I got the Max, but damn I'm already spending over $900 for a phone O_O. I at least got the 512gb version of the pro though, and I'm used to the average size. Gotta have that space.
