Teacher Training - 2012 Capstone Fair. Marlboro College Graduate School, Vermont

The over 100,000 students who use ASSISTments attend schools in Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, Ohio and California. Because of the multiple functions that ASSISTments performs for teachers, it is a complex web domain to learn about and navigate. My capstone project is to create a set of 12 printed instructional packets (job aids) that will serve as training tools and as a reference library on ASSISTments for teachers.

The design and execution of these packets is based upon my studies in cognitive learning theory and effective pedagogy, online learning research, web site design and legal and ethical issues in online education.
