One of my favorite locomotives from one of my favorite railroads, built by my favorite builder right in my hometown!

Oh and fun fact: My great aunt helped build the Big Boys back in the 40s!

Those facts are as big as UP #4014 himself. I'm glad UP decided to bring #4014 back to be a part of their heritage fleet.

I'm all for 4014, but he isn't the biggest. 4014 is probably the biggest surviving steam locomotive but not the biggest ever built, the PRR S1 was 8 feet longer.

No horsepower? No tractive effort? No maximum allowable tonnage? No top speed? It's ok not to brag (wouldn't want to embarrass the diesels and other class one's that won't run steam), be humble UP lol
