Tag <b> and <strong> does the same work to the selected word or paragraph.
But there is a great difference between these two tags in terms of user readability and SEO.
When you use <b> tag it will only make the desired wore or paragraph bold.
But when you use <strong> tag it will not only make the word bold but also will be the strongest word which will be recognised by SEO search engine and thus it will make your website rank in Google etc...

I may be incorrect but to add on to what you said about bold and strong, from my understanding the difference is for SEO. The strong places more importance on those words for search engines and what not. Again this may be incorrect as I am just going off what I've read elsewhere.

2:02:57 - Maybe also include ~= and how it differs from *= in terms of the word boundary aspect.
1:43:48 - Worth mentioning about inline styles in html to have css variables which can be used here, like <p style=" --var1:4 and in css it is content: var(--var1)
