Your instructions are excellent to me and make sense others talk too much you are precise and to the point you are focused on during your video, thank you

What a wonderful demonstration of how everything works in the swing! Thank you Jonathon.

What an eye opener, just had a light bulb moment when you explained the club head looks like it’s outside the line but in actuality it’s clearly on the correct swing path, this allows me to open my hips and swing freely, so I’ve been doing it wrong for 20 years DOH !

I'm really grateful that your doing back to basics as I've gone from pretty good golf back to terrible golf so it's useful to go through the basics all over again. Thank you Jonathan 👍🏻

Thank you for this video and the description of that position of getting the clubhead stuck too far behind the hands. My miss tendency is to get too far of an inside-out pathway with the club —- when i have the face shut down i can sometimes hit a controlled draw but more often, the face gets too shut down to offset that extreme pathway and it is a far too delofted low hooking ball especially as the clubs get longer. I cannot wait to work on engraining this concept of movement patterns in transition getting that clubhead to get “seemingly” outside the hands where it belongs. I’m hoping to neutralize that swing path and regain loft without struggling to offset that inside—out pathway

Great content, more like this please. New to the game and i realize my perception of the swing as far as what is happening is ever changing as i learn more - this is very helpful

Jonathan, your explanation of the different circles is something that makes more sense than “flattening” the club. It seems more intuitive than trying to flatten the club. To me flattening the club feels like the club face with be open and pointing too far right. Then I want to use hands to flip it back. Make sense?

Jonathan, thank you for this video. I, like too many other golfers, am guilty of overly focusing on reaching desired "positions" in our golf swing to the detriment of hitting the ball well.

Thanks Jonathan I have had the wrong picture by holding onto the right wrist angle and slicing the ball look forward to the sequencing video.

Brilliant analysis Jon! I think you nailed it, especially with the takeaway. When I started to take the club back feeling it was way wide(it' s not as you said), that was when my swing & ball contact improved immeasurably. Funny how this is so important, but was the last thing I really learned in my quest to understand the golf swing over the last two years.

Your comment about the hip turn supporting the shoulder turn was thought provoking

This is what I was doing when I stopped playing golf 9 years ago to raise my kids. But coming back into it and I see all this flexing the wrist and shallow the swing stuff is getting confusing.
