We used to go down the local after work for a few coldies and a few smokes (inside) with a few mates. No stress, no anxiety, no antidepressants. Men did mens jobs women did traditional women's jobs. No digital rubbish and the phone was on the wall. Society was magnificent. Great time to live in.

He was doing so well then he had to instantly U turn and repeat the “misogynistic, homophobic, conspiracy theorists” rhetoric. Good boy don’t rock the boat too much, you can briefly acknowledge reality but then you have to show your submission to the narrative, much stunning, very brave, pat on the head.

sorry man - you missed the part where guys engaging with the other sex ends up with false accusations, years of rejection, mental health destroyed, and half of what they've worked for gone

Sounds like a Democrat to me. First he gives you some data, then he gives you some misleading conclusions.

I’m 57, and no friends, I live a quiet serene life and after retirement, I realized. In life, I was alone anyway.

People don't like to hear this but, the "we need more girls in stem" is also 'we're taking more boys out of stem'...which boys tend to gravitate towards...I saw this a lot in computer science

I may be a misogynist but I've never once thought another human being was property

I'm a millennial and don't consider myself broke, lonely, or isolated. Friendships are important, and they take work. You get out what you put in. Be a part of someone else's story, and they will be part of yours.

Purpose can be a lot of things and doesn't have to mean marrying and having children, but I do think community is important, so finding other ways to invest in the good of those around you can give a strong sense of direction.

I also think that curiosity can be a strong force for finding direction. Ask questions of everything, and try to learn new things and unlock that sense of discovery. I think curiosity is a skill in itself that can be deliberately honed.

If this was real life, my nod would turn into “bye” as soon as he dropped the fictional buzz words. I have too many years under my belt to be lured in with fake empathy spoken with a forked tongue. This guy is a card carrying lib… We’re all pros at identifying it.

And then appears on “White dudes for Kamala” and donated $50, 000.

Scott Galloway doesn’t have the answers either

Not only guys but it's both sexes. Very strange world that has evolved the wrong way.

Don't blame social media. Blame the modern mother who thinks that being loud, bossy, opinionated and demeaning to her husband is somehow a sign of "strength" "confidence" and "independence". They give their sons ridiculous first names, raise them like girls, which results in lack of confidence, and end up feminizing them. I see it everyday in my kids' high school. They are the moms I avoid like the plague.

I call bs that rejection is good to find a partner. As a mid-40s guy, how many years do i need to endure the continuous rejection? Nope. Im done. Women can pound sand. I will not engage with you anymore. I will not help or fight for you. I will work, live, and protect myself and mine.
