Couldn’t agree more. I liked the looks of this from the onset. Once I read the specs, was even more interested. I was finally able to test ride one recently, and I’m sold. After I rode it, I got off thinking, this thing is a ‘sport cruiser’ as it sits. With the mids installed, you’ve got yourself a ‘sport naked’ bike.

Bought this bike in October. Fell in love with it when I first saw the pictures online and loved every video about it. But man I’ve had the worst experience with it. Bike died on me when I was riding it. Like Litteraly shut off and did not turn back on as i was riding!! I was only going 35 on a lonely road which was good. Got it towed to the dealer and they told me a fuel line was not seated properly. Didn’t really believe them but whatever. Wasn’t too upset, got the bike back and a couple miles after 200 it had an engine light pop up again. Dealer never told me what it was but said they found water in ‘a place that shouldn’t have water’. Waiting on a update now. Disappointed but not with the bike. Just Harley.

HaHa, I'm getting this bike tomorrow, I hit 70 four months ago and I still love to pull back the throttle and fly!! I have a Honda CB1100, it's a retro bike to resemble the 1970's CB750, love it, it's in perfect condition with only 800 miles on it, I know it's not for long trips but I'm going to set it up for short 300 mile stints. I had a 2022 Fatboy but some vermin clown stole it from my driveway, unbelievable amount of dirt bags out there today. Anyway, back to the Sportster S, I am so pumped to get this bike, I love everything about it, I like the sitting position, I love the new Revolution Max 1250 engine, it kicks ass and I also love that it's water cooled. Yeah, I like crusin but I also love ratting around on a sportbike, I miss my R1. The advanced controls and new technology are wonderful and it's about time Harley went outside the box and created an entirely new machine, I understand the Sportster S will do 140 mph and I plan to find out. I'm going to change out the seat for something more comfortable but stylish and sporty looking, no old man ugly crap, I'll get the heated grips installed, and whatever cool toys are available. I'm researching helmets and probably getting the Arai Corsair-X, I'll get the JBL speakers installed and bluetooth for phone communication, I've got the new GoPro Hero Max Black and the Max Lens Mod 2.0, getting it installed on the right rear of my helmet. I may be growing older but I refuse to grow up, he who dies with the most toys wins.
Thanks for the video and review, fun to watch you riding, good comments, new subscriber, ride on brother and be careful, the cagers are after us. Peace!

For another perspective about the cruiser side of the bike, me and my buddy did 1800 km in 3 days was not bad at all was getting around 200km a tank (in sport mode) mostly cruising at 4-4.5 rpm @120kmh but that's where the rev max likes it ...Got the 2021 Harley Davidson Sportster S and I sold my sport bikes for it absolutely love it! Its comfortable and got speed/torque the best if both worlds! Great video 👍

Yes, buy one. It spanked my Low Rider ST and now Road Glide ST. Put the Harley Sundowner seat and windshield on and it is very livable for more than city riding BUT that is where it is best. Ride the bike for the application. Long trip, my RGST. Around town, Sportster S. I win either way.

The Sportster S is the most uncomfortable bike I've ever ridden. They need to put the 1250 into the Nightster chassis.

Wait……you’re in Tulsa! I’m in south BA. Ok, I’m subbed. You left from west Tulsa, went down 41st to 75 south, got off at 71st and hit the BB right there at Tulsa Hills.

I think if it this way, it’s a sport bike that has performance comparable to a 600, but insurance is less than 100 if you have a good record. I’m 20 and my insurance is 56 a month

If Harley would come out with an ST version of the Sportster S to challenge BMW and their R1250RT i’d buy one in a heartbeat.

So still think that if Harley would actually just release the Bronx they could make a impression on the true sport bike scene but of course Harley so far they refuse to let people see and ride it much less even own one sadly.

Harley, make the Bronx. Seriously, just make it.

I think you're overlapping the demographic for cruisers and touring bikes, and while there are cruiser riders who tour and travel, it's not all of them . This bike is a (sport) cruiser but yeah not a long-range touring bike. It's fine as a cruiser and more fun.

Just a quick tip on making your video better…the information you give is great…however, the camera view of you riding the bike is bad. You should have a view of the bike from the top of the gas tank up as you are riding it. A viewer wants to see what it looks like to ride this bike. We may not have the opportunity to FEEL what this bike is like but we can definitely SEE more of what it’s like to ride it. I hope you see this as positive criticism. I do not mean to come across as rude.
