i can't find the "Send Files to TV" app on the apple store... Am I missing something?

I can't find the apps after they install. They only show up in FX which just wants to keep reinstalling them

I have an issue installing an app(flip tv) on my TiVo 4 k via Google app or the (send/receive)/fx, it tells me app not installed, any idea why ?
