The Gay Folks Movement aims to raise awareness for the discrimination of LGBTI and other minorities in Russia. It was brought to life to seize the opportunity of the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi and draw attention to the human rights violations in Russia.
We express solidarity with the many local protest groups that are committed to the same goal. Together we can show that an accepting, cosmopolitan society is possible.
