Now it is the time, for a traditional recipe. Greek Halva or Semolina Pudding. Here in Greece we love this kind of Halva. The recipe is easy and you can make it very fast. You only need to becareful when you will add the syrup to the semolina mix because of the heat.

Ingredients
For the Syrup
225 gr sugar
470 ml water
1/2 tsp cinnamon or 1 stick
1/4 tsp clove
peel of one lemon
1 vanilla

For the Halva
500 gr semolina
250 ml oil
