BMW G05 X5 Instrument cluster no communication

This BMW x5 G05 has been standing for months with no activity.
Costumer complain is that the insrtument cluster screen does not turn on.

This problem maybe looks very complicated but sometimes you need to start with the most simplest things first, and luckily this was the solution this time.

All you had to do is a battery reset.

You did short the battery with a spanner? I tought tgat would fry modules
