How to Prune Cucumbers & Identify Suckers

Today, I'll show you how I'm pruning my Diva cucumbers, growing on my lower and lean trellis. They are all being trained to a single leader which means we must remove all the suckers. I'll show you how to identify the suckers and which sun leaves to prune to keep the plant healthy. Other cucumbers tips in their as well :)

Excellent explanation! Had 6 overgrown cukes, stopped vid and immediately went outside to prune suckers and secondary stems. Had a big pile of stems with little cukes. Pruning seems to be very important for growing successful plants and thought I was doing it right but was not doing a very good job.
