About two months ago I got flown over to San Francisco for Benefit's biggest product launch yet. It was an unforgettable and amazing experience... one I'll be forever grateful for. At the launch we were the first to receive the Benefit They're Real! Push-up Liner and immediately got the chance to try 'em out. After two months of fully testing it out—and working with it a lot—today I'm finally sharing my 100% honest review.

I dunno how I feel about this tbh I feel as though benefit put too mush thought into making the NEXT BIG THINGGGG without really putting thought into product quality. I actually got he Maybelline one like this a couple of weeks ago and it doesn't seem quite as dry as this one, the exact same thing though! Interesting, I was talking to the girls who work at my local counter yesterday and they were surprised to hear Maybelline had this first as they were lead to believe that their's was a first!

Oh god. This is too much work for a liner. It would be so annoying to work with. And the product would probably be used up very quickly, whereas a pot of gel liner would last ages. And then you have to buy a special remover specifically for this product? Whaaaat? This is a major fail, Benefit.

I work for a make up store and when we launched the line I couldn't have been more excited there's no liner that compares is truly an amazing eye liner.

I used this eyeliner all of last year and it was magic, it allowed me to create any kind of eyeliner look in seconds, when it ran out I didn't have enough money to rebuy it so I went back back to a pen liner and was completely lost, I have just now re bought it and it is going to take a few tries until I have mastered it again, but this is my fav eyeliner.

Thanks for the honest review about it Nikki. I won't definitely get the product because it will never work for me. I need time to apply eyeliner cause I get nitpicky if it's not the same in both eyes, so I tend to go slow. I hope they think about making another version that doesn't dry up so fast.
