i had crazy white light flashing in my eyes that would wake me from sleep, i wake up shaking in my upper back and arms, no dreams for almost 2 years. but now i am no longer getting the lights and i dream 1/2 days a week but the dream wake me because they are insane one way or another. i still just wake up and sit most of the day, this is so insane

Thank you so much for sharing this! I left work two years ago knowing something was wrong with me and needing to get answer. While my doctors sort of got me in the right direction, there really wasn't a lot of help or information on what I was going through. I felt hopeless, like I was always going to feel like this. Eventually (about a year ago) I just started listening to my gut on what I needed and walked away from a lot of stressors in my life. I did nothing but sleep for six weeks when I first left. I was lucky enough to find a partner that literally fed me through that time because I didn't have the energy.

Hearing you go through each of the phases was so validating. It is exactly my experience (at least up until phase three which is where I think i'm stuck right now). The reason i found this video was because I'm definitely in phase three but I keep pushing myself just a little too hard and slipping back into two. Having a guide like this, knowing what to expect and how much I can push myself might help me finally get out of phase three and into phase four. I'm giving myself permission to take it easy again. It's hard when I feel like maybe I have the energy again and maybe i can push through... but that's how I got here in the first place... just push through, just push through, just push through. giving myself room to rest is so hard but clearly so needed. And knowing there's an actually recovery for this means so much. hope goes a long way. Knowing I'm actually working toward a "better" makes that rest seem worth it, not like i'm just being lazy and not trying. it's actually working toward recovery.

I almost wanted to cry watching this! I thought I was the only one that had experienced such a traumatic event! THANK YOU so very much for explaining this! This has helped me understand what is happening to my body! I would say I’m in phase 3! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 it’s been the most challenging and painful experience! I’ve been to toons of doctors and none have given me the confidence that this video had give me! God bless you!! Please keep making more videos!! ❤

This video is so comforting to me. I’m still trying to figure out what my body is really going through and what it really needs over 2 years after a massive crash due to severe sleep apnea. I think I was on stage one for around 14 months. I’ve fixed my sleep and treating the apnea as best as I can but I’m still fatigued and this video just spoke exactly to my experience. Especially now as I bounce between stages 2 and 3 and start having enough energy snd consistency to really implement the right behaviors. I’m coming to the realization I may have been hindering progress by overreaching (especially with exercise). So helpful to hear this through another person. And I’m so optimistic I can fix this. This video really helps. Thank you again 🙏😎

Great video. I think I’m somewhere between stage 2 and 3 of recovery. I’m significantly better than 5 months ago, but still having some crashes that last 3-5 days. I can definitely see the light now.

The body easily gets run down and that is why this happens. Lack of sleep is my trigger for anxiety, and then comes the body vibrations and such. Focus on sleeping well, and then exercising in nature, being with friends. Realize you need to heal and its nothing serious.

Thank you so much for this! I’m somewhere in between phase 3 and 4 I think! My sleep schedule seems to be quite well regulated now, I’m practicing yoga in the morning and evening which is helping with sleeping, but financial worries & work schedule is still making me crash

I already knew Phase 1 before you even mentioned it because I was living in it. One word description: "BEDRIDDEN" I thought I was on my death bed.. lost 70 pounds went down to 104 pounds😢

The blood sugar and blood pressure issues give me more anxiety knowing ill have issues with this or have makes me anxious and ive been checking my blood sugar non stop and freak out of its

My HPA axis is absoluteky wrecked to the state where I can not sleep at all and I have Sporadic Fatal Insomnia. I am finished as a human being and completetly full of fear. I have tried every natural remedy out there alongside medication and nothing works. I did this to myslef through stress and traumatic shock to my brain.
